Ms. Shanthi Rajan, Director – IQAD recently participated in an 8 day FDP organised by Hindusthan School of Arts and Science, Tamilnadu, India to deliver an FDP on “The impact of Attitude, Behaviour\u00a0and Emotional Intelligence on your performance” on 4th<\/sup>\u00a0of February, 2024.<\/p>

Many of us feel like victims of circumstances at times; however, we still have powerful capabilities for adaptability over which we have control. This session focused on how neuroscience behind emotional regulation, and how everyone can become more resilient during the most challenging situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
