The session was conducted in collaboration with <em>Bayzat<\/em> and focused on contemporary product management practices within dynamic business environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest lecture aimed to enhance students\u2019 understanding of product lifecycle management and the evolving role of product managers in responding to changing customer expectations, technological advancements, and competitive market conditions. Students were introduced to key concepts related to product development, market analysis, innovation management, customer-centric strategies, and product positioning across different lifecycle stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industry experts from Bayzat shared practical insights into how organizations manage products from introduction and growth to maturity and decline while continuously adapting to market trends and consumer demands. The session also highlighted the importance of data-driven decision-making, agile product management practices, digital transformation, and strategic innovation in sustaining product competitiveness and business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students gained valuable exposure to real-world product management challenges including product planning, market adaptation, customer engagement, performance evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration within organizations. Practical examples and case discussions enabled participants to better understand how successful product management contributes toward organizational performance and long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interactive session encouraged active student participation and provided an excellent platform for bridging theoretical management concepts with practical industry applications and emerging product management trends.The University extends its sincere appreciation to <em>Bayzat<\/em> for delivering an engaging and professionally enriching guest lecture.
