Empowering Futures: Highlights from the Employability Skills Drive

Over four impactful days, the Employability Skills Drive at the University of Stirling – Ras Al Khaimah Campus and SQA RAK Centre provided students with transformative opportunities to prepare for real-world challenges.

Event Highlights:

The initiative commenced with two days of engaging workshops employing the LEGO Serious Play methodology. These sessions challenged students both individually and in teams, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills through a dynamic and interactive approach.

The final two days were dedicated to mock interviews conducted by experienced industry professionals and esteemed academics. These sessions offered constructive feedback, enabling students to refine their skills, build confidence, and gain practical insights into career readiness.

A Tribute to Visionary Leadership:

Dr. Richa Arora, PhD, played a pivotal role in the success of this event. Her vision and leadership in creating an empowering educational environment were key to providing these life-changing opportunities for our students.
