The University of Stirling – Ras Al Khaimah Campus successfully hosted an insightful guest lecture on “Nuances of Identifying an Opportunity: Leadership–Relationship Pertaining to Start-Ups” on 14th February 2023. The session was delivered by Dr. John Scott, Professor at the University of Stirling and an experienced mediator, who shared valuable perspectives on entrepreneurship, leadership, and opportunity recognition within startup ecosystems.
The lecture focused on the critical relationship between leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial success. Students were introduced to the process of identifying viable business opportunities, understanding market dynamics, and building effective professional relationships essential for startup growth and sustainability.
