The University of Stirling – Ras Al Khaimah Campus successfully organized an insightful guest lecture on “Operations Management” on 9th February 2023. The session was delivered by Mr. Rahul Nair, Manager at Abicor Binzen ME, who shared valuable industry knowledge and practical insights into operational management practices within contemporary business environments.
The lecture focused on the importance of operations management in achieving organizational efficiency, productivity, quality improvement, and strategic business performance. Students were introduced to key operational concepts including process optimization, supply chain coordination, resource management, workflow efficiency, and decision-making strategies within dynamic business settings.
Drawing from his professional industry experience, Mr. Rahul Nair highlighted the practical challenges organizations face in managing operations effectively while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
